Create and save case notes
Case notes allow you to create notes from a patient's session. You can insert images, audio files and body charts into a note, as well as applying templates to speed up note taking time.
Case notes comply with MedicoLegal standards meaning once you save them, you won't be able to make any modifications. If you would like to modify your notes before saving, take a look at our lesson on how to save a 'draft note.'
