Manage case note templates

Case note templates allow you to insert pre-formatted text into a case note. This is perfect if you need to fill out a list of questions for each consultation, or have a specific layout that needs to be followed for your notes. Anyone who has access to case notes will have access to any template which has been saved.

How to create case note templates

Step 1 - Navigate to any client's file and click on 'Clinical'

Step 2 - Click on 'Insert' and then 'Templates'

Step 3 - Click on 'New'

Step 4 - Enter the details, then click 'Save'

How to edit case note templates 

Step 1 - From the case note window, select 'Insert' then 'Templates'

Step 2 - Click on the pencil icon next to the template you wish to edit

How to delete a case note template 

Step 1 - From the case note window, select 'Insert' then 'Templates'

Step 2 - Click on the trash can icon next to template that you wish to delete
