Adding custom data for a client

Custom data allows you to create a set or category to then capture information about that specific topic. You will need to create a custom data set before you are able to select one and add data to it from within a client's file. 

 

Step 1 - From the client's file, click on Clinical

Step 2 - Click on Custom Data

Step 3 - Select the custom data set you wish to fill out

Step 4 - Saving

Once you have entered your answers, you have two options to save the information.

1. Click 'Save' to save the answers in the custom data page

2. Click 'Save to Client Files' to save the details in the 'Files' section of the the patient
