Appointment Cancellation Rules

Appointment Cancellation Rules can be created so that when an appointment is cancelled an invoice is automatically generated for that client

Step 1 - Select 'Settings' under 'Setup'

 

Step 2 - Select 'Appointment Cancellation Rules'

 

Step 3 - Select 'Create'

 

Step 4 - Enter The 'Rule Name' and define the time frame for the rule

 

Step 5 - Enter a notification email address

The address entered will receive a notification that the rule has been triggered

 

Step 6 - Select the service type that will be placed on the invoice

Step 7 - When complete, click 'Save' and the Appointment Cancellation Rules will take effect
