Generate a letter for multiple recipients

Step 1 - Open a client's file with either the 'Search' or the 'Client List'

 

 

Step 2 - Click on the 'Generate Letter' button

 

 

Step 3 - Enter 'Multiple Recipient' mode with the 'Select Recipient' drop-down list

 After the 'Multiple Recipients' button is selected a warning message will appear that explains that all data currently in the letter text area will be deleted. This is done because 'Multiple Recipient' mode creates and populates letter content differently to 'Single Recipient' mode. 

 

Step 4 - Select your recipients

  1. Press the '+' icon
  2. Click through the tabs to find the relevant recipients
  3. Click on the name of the contact to add them as a recipient. They will appear under the '+' icon once they have been selected
  4. Press 'Done'

 

Step 5 (Optional) - Select from the other drop-down lists on the letter

 

 

 

Step 6 - When the letter is complete, finish the letter writing process

Once complete you can print, save or pdf the letter. At this stage, the letters will be populated with each recipient's details.
